Whether your New Year's resolution is to lose weight or to incorporate more exercise into your routine, we can help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We are a fitness studio and physical therapy clinic, uniquely combined in one convenient location. Our mission is to Help Our Clients Move Without Pain. We offer a variety of group exercise classes using state-of-the-art, clean and well-kept equipment. Our classes include Bootcamp, Yoga, Cardio & Strength Circuit, and Pilates, in a non-intimidating and welcoming environment under the supervision of a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Personal Trainer. We also offer a beginner exercise program called Stepping Into Fitness. Absolutely no fitness experience is required! All of our physical therapy clients receive a complimentary membership to our fitness studio for the duration of treatment. You do not have to be a physical therapy client to take classes or become a member with us.
